How long does laundry service usually take?
We aim for a 24 turnaround for Ballina and 48 hour turnaround for businesses outside Ballina. Commercial clients and urgent jobs may have different timelines, just ask when booking.
What types of laundry do you handle?
We handle everything from everyday household laundry to commercial bulk loads, including clothing, bedding, towels, linen, uniforms and more! If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll confirm.

Is there a minimum order for pickup?
Our minimum order for pickup and delivery is $30, which helps cover handling and transport. We’ll confirm all details when you book.
How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?
Please place your laundry in a clearly labelled bag or basket. For first-time customers, we’ll confirm any special instructions when we organise your pickup.

Our laundry is located at 247 River Street, Ballina NSW 2478, formerly the site of Pip's Laundry.
What areas do you service?
We currently service Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay and surrounding suburbs. If you're outside this area, get in touch as we may still be able to help!
